Getting fit isn’t easy. Challenges range from making time or having the energy to finding the right place. That’s where the YMCA’s Commit to be Fit program can help. And, best of all, it’s FREE to all members! For a fitness program to meet your individual needs, you need individualized coaching. During our 12-week program, your Fit Coach will meet with you to determine your lifestyle, schedule and fitness goals. To sign up for the Commit to be Fit program, simply stop by our Wellness Center and schedule your first appointment with your Fit Coach. You’ll be on your way to a healthier you! Youth 12–15 years must complete the Teen Commit to be Fit program before using the equipment.

For the teen exerciser who is required to complete this training before using the YMCA’s equipment. Includes four meetings with a Fit Coach over a 12-week period.
